Contractors
This page is dedicated to serving the needs of our signatory contractors. Here contractors can access the Contractor Web Portal for online dues remittance, submit an Occupied Space Shift Form, Saturday Makeup Form, and request for Holiday Week - 4 Consecutive 10-hour Shifts.
The allocations for wages and benefits effective June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024 are as follows: there is an overall increase of $2.55 effective June 1, 2023. The base wage rate will increase by one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) to $48.90 per hour.
For Westchester Funds:
The Welfare contribution will increase by thirty-two cents ($0.32) to $17.37 per hour worked. The Pension contribution will increase by seventy cents ($0.70) to $15.91 per hour worked. The Training Fund contribution will increase by one cent ($0.01) to $0.91 per hour worked. The LMCC fund contribution will increase by two cents ($0.02) to $0.19 per hour worked.
For Fox Valley Funds:
The Welfare contribution will increase by seventeen cents ($0.17) to $15.28 per hour worked.The Pension contribution will increase by eighty-five cents ($0.85) to $18.00 per hour worked. The Training Fund contribution will increase by one cent ($0.01) to $0.91 per hour worked. The LMCC fund contribution will increase by two cents ($0.02) to $0.19 per hour worked.
Apprenticeship Rates:
Wages for Apprentice Laborers are as follows, based on the Journey Worker rate of $48.90 per hour.
60% ---- $29.34
70% ---- $34.23
80% ---- $39.12
90% ---- $44.01
All other Industry Fund contributions remain unchanged.
